They directly contract the agency to promote them as professional escorts and market their escort service of time and companionship. (Just in the same way you would contract a solicitor to represent you for any legal matters, or an accountant for financial concerns).

Our Term of Representation

We only promote/market professional individuals who have freely chosen to enter the escorting industry.

• The agency will promote the escort on the agencies website/s so as to generate appointments for the escort on a 'Time and Companionship' basis only.

• The agency will make arrangements for the escort and the client to meet on a strictly 'Time and Companionship Basis Only' for an allotted time period when the escort is available to work.

• The agency will or can make arrangements for the escorts travel requirements to attend the allotted meeting with the client, should the escort require the agency to do so.

• The agency can also make the travel arrangements for the client to meet the escort, should the client so wish.

• The agency will offer the client the opportunity to pay for the appointment in either 'Cash' upon arrival of the escort, or by 'Credit Card'# in advance of the escort arriving. The client will also be given the opportunity to pay by bank transfer, so long as the client gives a minimum of 5 working days notice to do so.

• The agency only represents escorts that directly contact the agency and ask them to represent them.

• The agency will only represent escorts that are escorting of their own freewill and are in total control of the own lives and are legally able to work within the United Kingdom, on a self employed basis.

• Every individual is required to sign our terms of association, should they wish to be represented by the Valentine Girls agency. This clearly outlines the association between the individual escort and the agency. There is not, nor shall there ever be, any other terms of association between the two parties, (Escort & Agency), at any time for whatever reason.

• The agency can at any time refuse to continue to represent an escort for any reason. (All outstanding invoices to be settled in full, within 14 days)

• The escort can at anytime, terminate the representation by the agency for any reason. (All outstanding invoices to be settled in full, within 14 days)

• The agency cannot and will not be held responsible for any and all actions, that occur between consenting adults over the age of 18 years. We only promote/market any and all escorts on a purely time and companionship basis and nothing more whatsoever. The agency will not and cannot be held responsible for any action to which it has no direct control over. (And the agency have no control over the individuals it represents).

• The agency also has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY on Drugs and Alcohol Abuse, and any escort found to be affected by either will no longer be represented by the agency.

Therefore the agency does not offer/promote/market or supply any illegal or immoral service or activity at any time whatsoever. The individual escorts within the agency website/s are offering an escort service on a 'Time and Companionship' basis only, and are doing so of there own freewill and are adults over the age of 18 years. All of the escorts the agency represent, are self employed individuals and have no direct employment status with the agency and therefore are directly responsible for their own arrangements in relation to informing the relevant authorities of their employment status.

In short, every single escort within the Valentine Girls website/s are adults over the age of 18 years and are escorting of there own freewill and are in full control of their own lives, and are escorting because they have freely chosen do so.
